Kyläkauppa answers for the warranty and product reclamation of the product you have bought. The product manufacturers answer for the products’ repair and support services.

  1. Manufacturers’ product support

By contacting the manufacturer or importer you will get the best possible solution for your product problem. Sometimes the problem may be solved by phone, and sometimes a repairer may visit you. Manufacturer’s product support also provides instructions if you need to have the product repaired.

For product reclamations, you can contact the appropriate department directly.

Call the department before returning the product. The product problem could be solved without you sending the product to Kyläkauppa, or a repair service may even be available in your hometown.

Read the instructions in the reclamation form carefully, take a copy of your receipt, fill out the form completely, and print it out to include it with the product you intend to return and the receipt.

Call tariffs for Kyläkauppa’s phone numbers: from a Finnish landline number 8.35 cents per call + 6.00 cents per minute, from a mobile phone 8.35 cents per call + 17.17 cents per minute. A call to the service control number: 6.73 cents per call. When calling from abroad, the price is determined by the tariffs of the local operator.
