The solar power plant producing renewable energy for Kyläkauppa’s needs is introduced. The solar power plant is the largest department store plant in Finland, and also the biggest roof-installed solar power system. The plant, delivered by Oulun Energia, includes 3,500 solar panels, and the million-watt power is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of nearly 400 one-bedroom apartments.
